Knife:
Wash with soap and water, dry immediately afterwards. Never put a knife into a dishwasher or leave it in water.

Treat wood and blade with mineral oil once a month.

Always store the knife with a thin layer of oil on it, if the knife will not be used for a long period of time.

Patina will happen over time, changing the color of the blade. This is to be expected and enjoyed. 

Let us know when you need it sharpened.

Wood/blade treatment is available for $10. Made with food grade mineral oil and bee’s wax.
